Yasushi Ikeda is a former Capcom employee who served as the sound driver and programmer for a few SNES titles (usually credited by his alias, Ike-Bomb) as well as a few arcade titles (which featured music composed by Takayuki Iwai).
He was also the voice of Silver Samurai in X-Men: Children of the Atom and Gouki in the home console version of Street Fighter: The Movie (aka Street Fighter: Real Battle on Film) amongst other uncredited work.
