Sean is a Street Fighter character from the Street Fighter III games. He studied under Ken Masters.

Story

Sean Matsuda was a boy from a perfectly normal Brazilian family. He was passionate about sports and played basketball in university. Growing up under the watchful eye of his Japanese descended grandfather, the old man made sure Sean would matured into a polite and kind young man.

Watching a local martial arts tournament, Sean was so impressed with Ken's fighting style that he decided to ask the kind Ken Masters to train him. From then on, he began studying under Ken and he trained to understand the ways of a street fighter.

Sean has copied elements of Ken's fighting style out of admiration for the seasoned warrior, but always adds his own twists to them. Although his techniques and ki can't reach as high as his friendly Master's, he uses them as the basis for his own original moves that take advantage of his naturally flexible body. Despite his natural talent in the ring, Sean has a long way to go before he's mastered the fighting arts. His goal is to develop his own original signature moves some day. Despite his positive attitude and light-hearted jokes about victory and defeat, deep down Sean hates to lose fights that are not fair.
