A Reploid is a type of android in the Mega Man X, Mega Man Zero and Mega Man ZX series.

A Reploid originally was the term for an android created with free will and thought processes like that of humans. The term was reserved for robots whose design had been derived (or "replicated") from a singular prototype, but throughout the series and over the years the term has been applied to any android of similar design. Mavericks, Maverick Hunters and even Robot Masters from the classic Mega Man games have been labeled as such.
