Norihiko Togashi (富樫 則彦) is a sound composer and designer previously affiliated with game developer Nova during the early 1990s who worked on titles such as SD The Great Battle: Aratanaru Chousen, Kidou Senshi Gundam F91: Senki 0122 and Super Wagan Land. He is also known by his alias, Noririn. Additional work was done at Sun L (a company largely comprised of Nova staff) during the mid 1990s, including Game Boy ports of Capcom properties and newly developed titles for the Super NES. Outside of Nova, Togashi's worklist includes Final Blaster for the TurboGrafx-16, the Genesis version of Burning Force, and the Sega Ages version of Power Drift for the Saturn.
Togashi has since become affiliated with Japanese sound studio USP (Unlimited Sound Project).

Trivia[]
- In 2023, Nogashi stated on Twitter that "[He] was not involved in the making of [Mega Man Soccer]." This is despite a "Noririn" being found in the game's credits in a game said to be developed by Sun L, as has been deduced by the likes of GDRI here. This is supported by his official worklist (which lacks the title) and the fact that the other two sound staff members are largely affiliated with Atelier Double, whereas Togashi has no credits with that company.
- Togashi's worklist also notes having worked on a "CD-ROM" version of Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo. The nature of this work is unclear, as the arrange soundtrack for the PlayStation and Saturn versions is known to be arranged by Masato Kouda and Tatsuro Suzuki.
