Masayoshi Umezu (梅津 雅義) is a former Capcom sound designer who joined in the late '90s and first worked on Tech Romancer.
Umezu usually worked with Hiroshi Ohno (from 1998 to 2003) and then later with Masayuki Endou (as part of his sound studio, Forcewick) for some of the most recent entries in the VS. series.
Outside of Capcom, Umezu has also worked on a few of Square Enix's recent best-sellers, including Kingdom Hearts II, The World Ends With You, Dissidia: Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy XIII.
