J (ジェイ Jei) is a character from the Final Fight series, where he is a member of the Mad Gear Gang. J and his palette swap Two. P are common enemies fought in Final Fight. After Mad Gear's fall he hangs around with Abigail Axl, and Roxy.
Biography
Appearance
J is a punk with upright blond hair. He is dressed in dark blue baggy pants and a yellow jacket with the text "bad" and an atomic biohazard symbol on its back.
Personality
J has a very introverted personality, making it difficult to discern what he is thinking. Despite his appearance, J is health-conscious and prefers to eat healthy food such as salads and decaffeinated products.[2][1]
Story
Final Fight
J appears as an enemy in Final Fight, attacking Cody, Guy, and Haggar at Belger's behest along with the other members of the Mad Gear Gang.
After the Mad Gear Gang was disbanded, he began hanging out with fellow ex-members Abigail, Roxy and Axl.
Street Fighter V
J, alongside Roxy and Axl, appear in Abigail's character story, reminding him that he let the trio borrow his car (which Abigail thought was missing) and mocks him for forgetting his promise. Furious, Abigail throws them all into the car and walks away.
Comics
J appeared with Damnd and Mic in UDON's Super Street Fighter issue one comic, where they eat in the Chinese restaurant owned by Yun and Yang. Damnd refuses to pay the bill, saying that asking him to pay is an offense and menacingly ordering another free meal to calm him down, resulting in him being beaten by the twins and knocked over J and Mic.
Fighting style
J, smilar to Two P, is a basic enemy that relies in boxing to fight, moving quickly and hitting surprisingly fast jabs and cross punches usually when the player have their backs turned to him. He is one of the weakest members in the Mad Gear Gang, having one of the lowest amount of HP along with Bred and Axl.
