Impact Man, also known as Pile Man in Japan, is a Robot Master in Mega Man 11 created by Dr. Light. He was designed as an all-purpose construction robot who specialized in piling (i.e. creating solid foundations for upcoming construction projects). Like many construction robots before him, namely Guts Man and Concrete Man, Impact Man is extremely dedicated to his job; he in particular has never been one to leave a task unfinished. Even after he was stolen by Dr. Wily and equipped with a Power Gear for combat purposes, Impact Man couldn't ignore his urge to keep working, so he rounded up a gang of construction robots and took over an abandoned construction site so they could work all they wanted. Although, Impact Man is perfectly willing to impale anyone who gets in his way...
- Pile Driver - Impact Man dashes across the room in an attempt to ram into Mega Man with the drill spikes on his arms and head. Mega Man gets this ability after defeating Impact Man.
- Spike Press - Impact Man jumps into the air and turns into a three-sided drill machine, after which he'll bounce around the room as he tries to crush Mega Man. He also leaves behind a spike wherever he lands.
- Spike Formation - When Impact Man is low on health, he activates his Power Gear and turns into a gigantic jackhammer. In this form he jumps around the room a few times and performs some devastating slam attacks, after which he'll break apart into nine Impact Brothers that fly out to the edges of the screen. Impact Man will then respawn in his normal form.
- Acid Barrier - Acid Man's corrosive weapon can quickly melt away Impact Man's chassis.
