Gaku Komura (小村 学) is a Capcom employee who has served as a sound effect designer since the sixth console generation, beginning with Critical Bullet: 7th Target, where he worked with veteran sound designer Atsuko Fujitani. He tends to trade off between in-game sound design and that found in cinematics.
Following his work on the Mega Man X series, he has become mainly involved with the Monster Hunter, Lost Planet and Sengoku Basara series.
