Jafari is Elena's father and the head of the family. He descended from a family of warriors. He previously went to study abroad in France and has a Ph.D. in pharmaceuticals and in veterinary medicine. He is said to be a very good leader and is also an extremely wise man. He makes appearances in Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike in a family portrait and in his daughter's prologue and ending in Ultra Street Fighter IV alongside his son, Marcus.
Amina is Elena's mother. She is said to be very loving and kindly watches over the family. Her relatives live in close proximity to the family's home.
Marcus is Elena's older brother, Though the two are apart in age by a few years. He is a capoeira master and was raised under the guidance of his father. Eventually, He succeed Jafari as the patriarch of the family. Secretly, He's a big fan of Dee Jay.
