Darkstalkers Chronicle: The Chaos Tower, released in 2004, is a mix with characters from all prior Darkstalkers games, featuring the movesets, play styles, and soundtracks from every game in the Darkstalkers series, and allowed players to challenge each other over the Internet.
It is a port of the Japan-only Sega Dreamcast title Vampire Chronicle for Matching Service to the PSP, featuring one new stage (Chaos Tower). A new "Tower" mode was also featured in single player mode. The player has to go to the top of the tower (100th Floor. Pyron, level 8, 4 health bar) where artwork can be unlocked from all of the previous Darkstalkers games. Character art for The Chaos Tower was done by Arnold Tsang.

Secret Characters
Theory
Possible that this take place during or after Jedah been defeated by Demitri from the Vampire Savior story. Pyon has come back as a spirit for revenge on Demitri (One of Demitri artwork in the Chao Tower, after Pyron is defeated once again shows that Demitri has conquered the Tower). Another possible reason might be something to do with Shadow since Pyron is colorless on the top 100 floor and all of the other characters from every 10th floors (which Shadow have left behind these lifeless body with out their souls). Also Dark Jon Talbain has disapeared for unknown reasons or Capcom remove him due to the fact that Jon Talbain "Night Warriors" power style can be use.
