1986 Game Music Round Table Interview

Ayako Mori (森 安也子) is a former Capcom music composer best known for composing the music for the original Ghosts 'n Goblins game (especially the theme for its first stage). She worked for the company from 1984 to 1986, during which she went by the aliases Wood and Kinchaku Aya. She has since been employed by Sony Music Communications, where her role included acting as the art coordinator for the soundtrack releases of later Capcom titles such as Resident Evil 2 and Street Fighter Alpha 3.

Mori is one of the first composers Capcom ever employed. She usually worked with Tamayo Kawamoto.
